This is a DEPOSIT for the consultation and is non refundable within 48 hours of the appointment if you wish to cancel.The total cost of your consultation will be discussed and agreed with Damian over the phone, and will be used on the time needed due to your dog’s issues.
The remaining fee must be paid via card or cash at the first visit.Insurance claims must be cleared with them before the consultation.(usually require a vet referral)
The total fee will be discussed and agreed prior to booking this appointment, and may require a follow up sessions vis video or face to face.
Mileage will be charged at 40p per mile over 15 miles away
